We receive and post all our orders out on a Saturday, so our rental periods start on a Wednesday so they have a few days to get to you. 

Don't worry if it gets to you beforehand, you have a bonus day :)

Please make sure you have shipped it by the last day of your rental period, which will also be a Wednesday, so we can receive it back in on the Saturday.

Renting a baby carrier from our non profit is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive library of baby carriers and accessories. Once you've selected the carrier you would like to try, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Specify the dates of your hire, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

After your event, simply pack up the carrier in the bag, and use the provided mailer and return label to send it back to us. We'll take care of the cleaning and maintenance, so you can focus on enjoying carrying your baby.

In the event that a carrier or accessory is damaged or stained during your hire, please inform us as soon as possible.

Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements.

We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains.

We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your order, subject to item availability.

If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly.

Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us as soon as you can to ensure that we can meet your requirements.
